Hard times in our life

Life teaches us a lot of things. As we grow up, it becomes very easy for us to let go than to hold on! We become something inhuman. We judge people. We always look at what they do, but never do we try to understand why they do it and what they are going through. Because we are selfish. We may say that we aren't, we did that, did this, we are philanthropists and blah blah. But the truth deep inside, every one of us is selfish. It is very easy for someone else to hack us. They look for our vulnerabilities, our weaknesses, and crack us so easily. In fact we easily allow them to and we never bother to stop them from doing so. Because we are too lazy to do so. We all have a normal person as a friend at a time. But then we replace that normal person with a funnier person just because he/she entertains us more and it helps us to waste the whole day. Once we get bored of the funnier person, we then replace him/her with a smarter person, so that we could get some work done for us by him/her. Then our heart desires for the one with the better looks, just to show off and so we replace the smarter one with the good looking one. And then there comes the one who stalks us. He/she keeps on trying to get hold of us until he succeeds. Once he/she has accomplished that, either they throw you because you mean nothing to him/her else if he/she is a gentleman/women he would continue to do everything possible to keep us close! So this chain goes on and goes on, but when every single person you replace breaks your heart, you return to that one normal person you had. They inevitably accept us, because there are some people in the world, who understands what is it be like, to understand what someone feels. Feelings, a powerful tool that helps us to keep moving. Unfortunately, we all don't get the luxury of enjoying it. When we don't, we evade it, we get addicted to some drugs that help us forget all the hardships that we have in our life! Because we're weak, we're cowards and we continue to be so until we die. Maybe even I was like this, or maybe not. But from this moment on, I will not be a coward, I'll not be what I have been so far. I want to be something useful to the society I live in. We all make changes in the world every single second, but I wanna be a change that is more meaningful and that is remembered by everyone for a long time. I wanna live my life, not just exist!
